End of the Year Message

Property wise, as the year rolls to a close, as of November 2023 the main markets we are involved in still look healthy, a snapshot below:

• Adelaide median house prices have risen 8.7% from the March 2023 lows
• Melbourne median house prices have risen 4.4% for the year to November 2023
• Sydney median house prices have risen 12.5% for the year to November 2023
• Brisbane median house prices have risen 12.1% for the year to November 2023

The rental market remains very tight.

Despite all the bad news and negative commentary, the Australian real estate market remains healthy.
